About Casey Tuggle

Casey’s passion for helping families began while working for a family law attorney in her hometown of Thomasville, Georgia. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she officially started her legal career. She quickly gained experience at one of the largest plaintiffs' firms in the country, where she represented numerous clients in personal injury cases, securing favorable outcomes for those affected by serious accidents. Soon after passing the bar exam, Casey took the bold step of opening her own law firm. She aimed to redefine the traditional attorney-client relationship by emphasizing clear communication, trust, and accessible legal representation.

Based in Savannah, Casey now handles a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support issues, adoptions, guardianships, and grandparent rights. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children and as a board member of Brightside Advocacy. Additionally, she is appointed as an attorney for Chatham County’s HOPE Court, an accountability court for sex trafficking survivors. Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with her husband and their pets, as well as exploring antique shops and thrift stores.
