Robert L. Brenna Jr. has been an attorney with the firm since 1979, following in the footsteps of his father, Robert L. Brenna Sr., who founded the firm in 1953. Over his career, Robert has built a reputation as a seasoned litigator, particularly in Supreme Court and appellate practice. He earned the distinction of securing the first verdict for a constitutional violation in the New York State Court of Claims. The firm handles a variety of legal matters, including personal injury, estate litigation, Medicaid and estate planning, military and constitutional law, and general litigation.

Robert has been recognized for his legal work by numerous organizations, including being named to Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, achieving an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and receiving a 10.0/10.0 rating from Avvo.
