About Shreedhar Patel
Shree Patel began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Rebecca F. Doherty at the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. During this time, he worked on MDL No. 2299, IN RE: Actos (Pioglitazone) Products Liability Litigation, providing valuable assistance in this significant case.
Prior to joining SGP, Shree gained extensive experience at a leading Texas mass tort firm and later worked for one of the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ law firms. In these roles, he represented workers and helped recover millions in compensation for his clients.
Shree earned a bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Psychology from the University of Houston before attending Tulane University Law School. While in law school, he contributed to the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and worked on an appellate brief concerning interstate water pollution, which was submitted to the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Shree is involved in various professional legal organizations, having been a part of the Houston Young Lawyers Association Leadership Academy and the Garland Walker Inn of Court. He has co-authored publications on employment law and has spoken on panels about federal court practices. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
He is committed to providing dedicated legal representation for his clients. Shree lives in Houston with his wife, Ciny, and their sons, Sai and Paxton.
