About Ken Gallon

Ken began practicing law in 2000, initially serving the State of Oklahoma for three years before transitioning into tax accountancy. In 2006, he established his own law practice and is now a partner at Bennett & Gallon, PLLC, focusing on criminal defense, cases involving sexual misconduct, violent crimes, drug-related offenses, and bankruptcy matters.

Ken’s journey to becoming a criminal defense attorney took a nontraditional route. He started his legal education at 30, shortly after moving to Eastern Oklahoma. Over the years, he has earned a reputation as a dedicated DUI and criminal defense attorney, recognized for his commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Raised on a farm in rural Northwestern Oklahoma, Ken spent three decades immersed in agricultural life. His background offers him a relatable and grounded perspective, which resonates with many of his clients. In his earlier years, Ken worked in the pipeline industry, relocating frequently, and spent a decade in the oil field. These hands-on experiences shaped his strong work ethic and deep understanding of the challenges faced by working-class individuals.
