About Joshua Moody

Joshua Moody is a highly regarded attorney based in Southern California, with a deep-rooted connection to the region. Raised in Southern California and a graduate of Apple Valley Christian School, Josh pursued higher education at Victor Valley College and California State University, San Bernardino, earning degrees in Criminal Justice and Business. He later completed an MBA at the University of La Verne and earned his law degree from California Southern School of Law in Riverside. Before becoming an attorney, Josh served as a deputy sheriff in Apple Valley, where he spent over six years investigating a wide range of criminal cases, including DUIs and homicides, and gained extensive courtroom experience in both civil and criminal matters.

Today, Josh applies his unique background in law enforcement and legal advocacy to help clients with criminal defense, personal injury, juvenile law, and civil cases. A member of the California Bar, he is actively involved in professional organizations, including the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In 2020, he was recognized for his knowledge in DUI defense by the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys.
