Tyler Todd is the managing partner of We Win Injury Law and has spent nearly two decades building a distinguished career in personal injury law. Known for his dedication to clients, Tyler approaches each case with a focus on the individual rather than its monetary value. He represents clients in a variety of cases, including car, motorcycle, and semi-truck accidents, traumatic brain injuries, dog bites, medical malpractice, premises liability, slip and fall injuries, and wrongful death claims. His advocacy is rooted in a strong belief that every client deserves personalized attention and unwavering support, whether in negotiations or in court.

Tyler’s journey began with an undergraduate education at BYU-Hawaii, where he balanced academics with his passion for surfing. He later earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego and has since been practicing injury law in Utah. Outside of his legal career, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
