He graduated from the Texas Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy, where he sharpened his litigation skills and developed a unique perspective that he now uses to benefit his personal injury clients. His knowledge of how insurance companies, corporate entities, and defense attorneys operate gives him a strategic advantage in pursuing justice for those he represents.

Eric’s legal acumen has earned him invitations to deliver presentations on trucking litigation in states beyond New Mexico and Texas. His experience also includes representing the El Paso Electric Company, a public utility based in Texas. Eric earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012, following his undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 2009 with multiple scholarships and awards. Licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in New Mexico and all state courts in Texas, Eric is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits and the U.S. Tax Court.
