About Frank M. Esposito
Frank M. Esposito, principal attorney at Esposito Partners, began his legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. In this role, he represented prominent officials, including Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, in significant litigation involving the city’s policies and practices. Acting as lead counsel in several high-profile cases, Mr. Esposito gained a reputation for his effective advocacy in the public sector. He later transitioned to a leading private litigation firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations, continuing his work after the firm merged with an international law firm.
In 2010, Mr. Esposito founded Esposito Partners to provide high-caliber legal services tailored to the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Recognizing that many companies lack the resources for extensive legal budgets, he set out to offer quality representation and creative billing solutions that align with his clients' business growth goals.
With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Esposito has represented a wide range of clients across industries such as financial services, transportation, banking, and defense. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts, appeared before commissioners and arbitrators nationwide, and argued matters in jurisdictions of all levels. His practice also includes advising on complex business transactions, negotiating joint ventures and commercial agreements, and drafting contracts to suit diverse needs. Over his career, he has cultivated a broad network of business connections, serving not only as an attorney but also as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Mr. Esposito is committed to fostering his clients’ success beyond legal representation. He collaborates closely with businesses to develop tailored billing arrangements and facilitates connections between clients and potential partners for mutual benefit.
