Samantha Kucher has built her legal career advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence, working tirelessly to secure fair outcomes for her clients. Raised in Pennsylvania, she attended Milton Hershey School, where she gained firsthand insight into the struggles of underprivileged families. These early experiences fueled her determination to support those who might otherwise be overlooked. She later pursued higher education at New York University, earning a bachelor’s degree, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Following law school, she contributed her time to the New York County Family Law Pro Bono program, offering legal guidance to individuals who could not afford representation. Through this work, she assisted families navigating complex legal issues, reinforcing her commitment to standing up for those in need.

Focusing on personal injury law, she has since taken on insurance companies and large corporations to fight for the rights of accident victims. She works closely with clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their cases are pursued with determination.
