Zachary Powers is a dedicated attorney with a broad legal background encompassing family law, corporate matters, contract negotiation, estate planning, workers’ compensation, appellate advocacy, juvenile law, and civil litigation. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Licensed to practice in both Tennessee and New York, Zach has represented clients in a variety of legal settings, from small rural courts to major metropolitan jurisdictions. A Tennessee native, Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School, where he also graduated magna cum laude and served as an Associate Editor for the Albany Law School Journal of Science & Technology. He began his legal career at a prominent international law firm in New York before returning to Knoxville to serve his local community. Outside of his practice, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Ragan, and their two children, Raylan and Ireland. An outdoor enthusiast, he can often be found golfing, hiking, boating, or simply making the most of Tennessee’s scenic landscapes with his family.
