About James L. Epperson
James L. Epperson has been practicing law since 1991, when he was admitted to the Georgia Bar. His early legal career included serving in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, where he handled court-martial cases and worked on securing the release of Navy personnel detained in the Middle East. In 1994, he was admitted to the North Carolina Bar and has since represented clients in both state and federal courts in North Carolina and Georgia across civil and criminal matters. He is also certified in arbitration. James earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and later obtained his law degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
