With more than 25 years of experience in criminal law, Rocky Brancato has been a dedicated advocate in Hillsborough County’s legal community. Before establishing Brancato Law Firm, P.A., in January 2025, he served as second-in-command at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled complex cases involving serious offenses such as homicides and sex crimes.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Brancato has managed a wide range of high-stakes cases, ensuring strong legal representation for those facing criminal charges, DUI offenses, and traffic-related matters. He is recognized for his ability to effectively incorporate expert witnesses to clarify complex legal and factual issues in court.
