About Courtney Fluegel

Courtney Fluegel is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, where she helps individuals and families navigate the challenges of serious accidents and wrongful death cases. Before becoming an attorney, she gained invaluable experience as a litigation paralegal at Jacksonville’s largest law firm, working on complex commercial cases and high-stakes trials. Her diverse legal background spans criminal law, family law, and regulatory compliance, but her passion lies in seeking justice for those who have been harmed due to negligence.

Originally from Sayville, New York, Courtney’s love for soccer led her to Flagler College, where she played at the collegiate level and earned a degree in sociology and psychology with a minor in criminal studies. She later earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010 and has since built a career rooted in service and community engagement. An active member of the Northeast Florida community, Courtney serves on the Board of Directors for Chemo Noir and the Advisory Board of San Juan Del Rio Catholic School. When she’s not advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing tennis, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
