About Christine Knott

Christine Knott brings a diverse background in education and law enforcement to her legal practice at Volunteer Law Firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2013 before transitioning to a career in law enforcement. Her experiences in that role ultimately led her to pursue a legal education, and in 2020, she graduated from the Lincoln Memorial Duncan School of Law. While in law school, she took on leadership roles, serving as Vice President of the Veterans’ Law Society, joining Phi Alpha Delta, contributing to two evidence law textbooks, and earning multiple CALI awards for excellence in legal research and writing.

Her practice encompasses criminal defense, family law, and domestic relations, including cases involving domestic violence, restraining orders, wills, probate matters, misdemeanors, and divorce. Christine is known for her strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and tailored legal strategies to support those she represents.

With a foundation in both law enforcement and legal advocacy, Christine takes a practical yet compassionate approach to her work, combining her firsthand experience with modern legal strategies to guide clients through challenging situations.
