About Jonathan Forstall

Jonathan was determined from a young age to follow his father’s path in law and eventually lead the New Orleans firm his father founded in the 1990s. Today, he carries on that legacy by representing individuals who face powerful adversaries, focusing on civil litigation matters such as catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, 18-wheeler and company car accidents, traumatic brain injury, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, ride-share accidents, slip and falls, general personal injury, and property damage claims.

A New Orleans native, Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of San Diego, where he also spent a semester in Barcelona, Spain. After returning home, he completed his Juris Doctor at Loyola University College of Law and was subsequently admitted to practice in all Louisiana courts.

He is married to Rachael and is a proud father of two daughters, Avery and Alexandra. Dedicated to his community, Jonathan enjoys participating in local festivals, spending time with family and friends, and leading a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise. He also has a passion for traveling with his wife, capturing photographs of diverse cultures and landscapes, and continuing to invest in the city he proudly serves.
