About Olga Beznashchuk

Born in Ukraine, Ms. Beznashchuk arrived in the United States with her family at the age of sixteen. Adapting to a new country taught her the value of persistence and determination, enabling her to graduate with honors from a Chicago high school and receive offers from multiple Illinois universities.

She earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Business Administration. During her studies, she volunteered in underserved communities, assisting students with FAFSA applications and scholarship opportunities to help them secure funding for college. She also served as an aid in Chicago Public Schools on the city’s south side, offering support to low-income parents who had temporarily lost custody of their children.

Guided by a desire to promote justice for those who are unaware of their rights or face barriers to essential legal services, Ms. Beznashchuk decided to pursue a legal career. She obtained her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law, graduating with honors, and now represents clients in Chicago and the surrounding areas in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.

Ms. Beznashchuk is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the ISBA Workers’ Compensation Section Council. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she is dedicated to advocating for injured individuals and those harmed by negligence in the city she calls home.
