Andrew Dimitriou is a seasoned civil litigator who provides strategic counsel to licensed professionals navigating complex issues in business, real estate, construction, and tax law. After earning a B.A. in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley, Andrew went on to complete both his J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation at Golden Gate University School of Law. Admitted to the California Bar in 1997, he launched his own practice immediately thereafter, gaining firsthand insight into the demands of entrepreneurship. He draws upon this experience when advising clients, particularly in the small-to-mid-sized business sector. In addition to representing clients, Andrew writes and lectures frequently on legal ethics, professional responsibility, and estate planning. He has authored ethics opinions for the Bar Association of San Francisco and regularly serves as an expert witness in cases involving standards of care and attorney fee disputes.
