Mona Deldar is the Managing Attorney and a Partner at Deldar Legal, where she leads with both compassion and tenacity. Raised in Northern California, Mona graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2003. While in law school, she contributed to the Maritime Law Journal and began cultivating her commitment to representing those harmed by the negligence of others. Her early experience at a personal injury firm ignited a career-long dedication to justice and advocacy.

Fluent in Farsi and deeply committed to serving a diverse client base, Mona represents injury and wrongful death victims facing powerful opponents—from major corporations to national insurance companies. Her record includes wins against well-known entities such as Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, and Home Depot, among others.
