About Louis Berk

Louis Berk was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to the United States with his family in 1994. Adjusting to a new country, language, and culture at a young age, he quickly developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for perseverance. Beginning his career in customer service as a teenager, Louis spent a decade working in the catering industry, where he gained firsthand insight into business operations and the importance of client satisfaction.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Louis went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law in Orlando, where he began his legal training under veteran product liability attorney Ray Bodiford.

After law school, Louis joined McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox P.A., where he managed a substantial litigation caseload and used his fluency in Spanish to serve a diverse client base. During his tenure, he successfully handled thousands of cases and helped recover millions in compensation for injured clients.

In 2018, driven by his passion for educating the Hispanic community and giving back, Louis founded his own law firm—Louis Berk Law. With a deep commitment to providing each client with the best possible experience, Louis vows to fight for their rights and deliver meaningful results. His practice focuses on automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall cases, wrongful death, and construction accidents.

Throughout his legal career, Louis has remained focused on attentive service, community advocacy, and achieving justice for those he represents.
