About Thomas Elijah Francis

Raised in the heart of Forsyth County—where his family still resides— Eli has deep roots in the North Georgia community. He earned a B.S. Honors Degree with a dual major in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Augusta University, then went on to graduate in the top 20% of his class at Mercer University School of Law. His legal career has taken him through Augusta, Macon, Metro Atlanta, and North Georgia, giving him valuable insight into the communities he serves, as well as strong familiarity with the Judges and juries throughout these regions. After spending time away for school and early practice, he and his wife returned to North Georgia to raise their two sons in the same community that shaped him.

Eli has dedicated his career to guiding individuals and families through many of life’s most challenging legal matters. His practice includes criminal defense, family law issues such as divorce, custody, and domestic violence, estate planning and probate, and general civil litigation. His passion for the law began early, shaped by a desire to provide accessible, effective representation to those who need it most. He is driven by the belief that justice should never be out of reach—and he works each day to ensure his clients have a trusted advocate by their side.
