About Forrest Sygman

Forrest Sygman is a native New Yorker who transplanted to the Miami area in 1984 for law school wherein he obtained his J.D. In 1988, Mr. Sygman obtained his license to practice law. Since then, Mr. Sygman has been an active and legal professional in the South Florida area and other parts of the Country. Mr. Sygman has had a varied career in the legal field. He began his profession immediately following his graduation from law school wherein he began working with law firms that represented institutional clients such as Citibank Savings of Florida, Eagle National Bank, and other creditors.

Approximately one- and one-half years after having graduated, Mr. Sygman created a boutique law office where he brought a unique, multi-disciplinarian approach to solve a variety of legal issues. In this capacity, Mr. Sygman directed his focus to small and rapidly developing businesses, including developing a full service law firm dedicated to the individuals who operate those businesses and their individual owners’ and employees’ needs. In addition to providing services to the business community, Mr. Sygman has also fervently advocated in the areas of family law, personal injury, and white-collar criminal defense. He has also acted as counsel for the Independent Auto Dealers Association, including Rent A Car Companies, as well as the Rare Fruit Councils of both Miami and Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Sygman is admitted to practice permanently before the courts of the State of Florida, along with the Middle and Southern Districts in the Federal Courts of the State of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Sygman has been admitted to practice in Georgia and Washington D.C. pro hac vice.
