About Harrison Pask
Harrison Pask, a bilingual Criminal Trial Lawyer proficient in English and Spanish, completed his BA in Political Science at Stanford University in 2013 and earned his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017.
Post-graduation, Pask returned to his native Texas, joining the Collin County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney in County Court at Law #5. Over nearly two years, he gained a reputation as a fair and reasonable negotiator, earning respect from County Judges and the Collin County Defense Bar. He also emerged as a formidable trial lawyer, unafraid to tackle challenging cases when justice demanded. His first jury trial victory, a felony road rage case, was achieved during his law school tenure. His accomplishments led to his promotion to Chief Prosecutor of County Court at Law #6 within a year.
In his elevated role, Pask supervised all Justice of the Peace Courts in Collin County. He also led training sessions for new officers on effective jury testimony and built strong connections with law enforcement agencies across the county. As Chief of Court 6, Pask was praised for running an efficient docket and adeptly managing other attorneys.
Pask's roots in the North Texas legal community run deep. A Dallas native, he attended Lake Highlands High School, where he was the captain of the tennis team. His fluency in Spanish and experience as an Appellate Lawyer, demonstrated through successful briefs in cases from Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance to First Degree Murder, further distinguish his legal career. Pask is especially renowned for his integrity, work ethic, and ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders in the criminal justice system. These traits have significantly contributed to his rapidly growing reputation as a leading Criminal Trial Lawyer.
