About Paul M. Aloise Jr.
In 2020, Paul M. Aloise Jr. joined the legal team at Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster & Gwartney, bringing his commitment to advocating for individuals facing criminal accusations or who have suffered from the negligence, malfeasance, or misfeasance of others. His legal focus spans criminal defense and civil litigation, with particular expertise in personal injury, sexual assault, sexual harassment, civil rights protection, employment law, and sports and entertainment law.
Originally hailing from Massachusetts but primarily raised in Palm City, Florida, Mr. Aloise pursued his education at Florida State University, graduating with honors in both Criminology and Sport Management. Beyond academics, he contributed to the FSU football team as a linebacker, notably being part of the 2013 BCS National Championship-winning squad. Subsequently, Mr. Aloise earned his Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law.
During his time in law school, he actively participated in the Trial Team and held a position on their Executive Board. Post-graduation, Mr. Aloise served as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office, working in both the 15th Circuit (West Palm Beach) and the 2nd Judicial Circuit (Tallahassee). In this role, he served as lead counsel in the Juvenile, Misdemeanor, and Felony divisions, successfully litigating numerous cases—over 50 of which proceeded to trial—encompassing charges ranging from DUI to murder.
